Development4 UK Limited was established by Adrian Cook, an HR professional with over 12 years experience driving performance in customer-focused, commercial organisations through a passion for improving capability, engagement and communication.
Adrian's know-how has been built upon roles in Sales, Operations, Loss Prevention and Human Resources in fiercely competitive sectors such as FMCG, technology and hospitality. He has enjoyed success in Sales, Operational and HR management roles within GAME and Iceland and senior roles heading up L&D, OD, Communications and Recruitment functions for brands such as Staples, Booker and Pizza Hut.
Today Adrian’s main focus is his consulting business, Development4 UK Ltd, which provides OD and training solutions tailored to optimise the performance of individuals and organisations. He is also currently exploring a joint venture with a media communications company and has business interests in bespoke jewellery design and property development.
His experience has led to a pragmatic, common-sense approach for ensuring that all his current solutions are not only contemporary and engaging, but demonstrate a clear understanding of the commercial challenges faced by individuals and organisations today.
